Ingredients
- 2 C. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 C. butter, melted
- 28 oz. cream cheese
- 3/4 C. sugar
- 6 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 C. whipping cream
- 4 eggs, 2 yolks
- 1/3 C. vanilla liqueur
- 2 tsp. Vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Mix crumbs and butter, press into 10" springform pan.
In large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and cornstarch till smooth. Add whipping cream and beat well. Add eggs one at a time, stir in vanilla liqueur and vanilla. Pour over crust. Bake at 350* for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 200* bake 1 hr 10 min longer.
Turn oven off, run knife along edge of cake, leave in oven for 1 hour.
