Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 2 tbs ground dried food grade lavender
- 3/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
Put the sugar and water into a small saucepan with a lid. Over high heat, bring just to boil, whisking to dissolve sugar. Remove from heat and whisk in the lavender. Cover and let steep for 20 minutes at room temperature. After 20 minutes whisk in the lemon juice. Pour the mixture in a bowl and cool in fridge.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and process, then transfer to airtight container and freeze until firm.
