Ingredients
- Fudge Frosting:
- 2 boxes Devils Food cake mix
- 6 eggs
- 2/3 C. oil
- 2 1/2 C. water
- 4 3/4 C. powdered sugar
- 1/2 C. cocoa
- 1/2 C. butter softened
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Chocolate Buttercream:
- 1 C. butter
- 6 oz melted bittersweet chocolate
- 2 C. marshmallow cream
- 3/4 tsp vanilla
- 6 Tbs. powdered sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Mix cake according to directions, divide evenly between 3 10" round pans. Bake according to directions, till pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool
Fudge Frosting: Mix powdered sugar and cocoa, add 1/3 C. boiling water, butter softened, vanilla. Mix on low till combined, 1 min. on medium, cool till spreading consistency.
Chocolate Buttercream: Beat butter and melted chocolate till fluffy. Beat in marshmallow cream, add vanilla and powdered sugar. Mix on high till smooth. Chill if needed.
Frost cake between layers with fudge frosting, frost top and sides of cake with buttercream.
