Ingredients
- 2 bunches of green onions
- 3 to 9 habanero peppers, seeded and chopped
- ½ vegetable oil
- ½ dark rum
- ¼ dark brown sugar
- ¼ white vinegar
- 2 T salt
- 4 tea minced garlic
- 1 T black pepper
- 1 T minced ginger
- 1 ½ ground all spice
- ¾ grated nutmeg
- ½ tea ground cinnamon
- ¼ ground cloves
- Zest and juice of 4 limes
- 1 4 to 6 lbs chicken cut into 8 pieces

Combine all the ingredients in a plastic bag. Marinade chicken for 8 to 24 hours. Grill chicken.
