Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- Dash of salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 2-1/2 cups blueberries
- 2 teaspoons butter or margarine
- 1 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup fine dry macaroon crumbs
- 1 tablespoon grated orange peel
- 3-1/2 " tart shells
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

Preparation
Step 1
In small saucepan stir together sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Blend in water and 1/2 cup blueberries. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened, then stir in remaining 2 cups of blueberries, the butter, lemon juice, and lemon peel. Refrigerate until well chilled. In small bowl stir together sour cream, crumbs, and orange peel.
Spread spoonful in each tart shell, heap blueberry mixture on top. Refrigerate until chilled.
