Ingredients
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove, crushed with press
- 1 tbsp grated fresh peeled ginger
- 1 lb ground pork or ground chicken
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 med carrots, shredded
- 1 tube (16.3oz) extra-large refridgerated buttermilk biscuits

Preheat oven to 375, grease large cookie sheet. In microwave-safe bowl, combine sugar, soy sauce, garlic and ginger, microwave on high 2 1/2-3 min until reduced to 1/4 cup. Meanwhile heat 12" skillet over high heat, add pork, cook 5 min until no longer pink, breaking up with spoon, skim off and discard fat. Add onions and carrots, cook 3 min, stir in soy-mixture, remove from heat. On work suface, roll each biscuit into a 6 inch circle, spoon 1/3 cup pork mix on half, fold over to make half-moon, with tines of fork, press edges tog. Cut 1 inch slits in top of each, bake 13-15 min until deep golden...
