Ingredients

Frozen puff pastry flaky dough
4-5 Cortland or Mcintosh apples
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp lemon juice
1 cup sugar
2 Tbs corn starch
confectionary sugar
(optional white syrupy glaze)

Preparation

Step 1

cook apples and ingredients through the corn starch until soft and mushy. Cool. Defrost dough.Fill turnovers. Bake 350 until golden. When cooled sprinkle with confec. sugar or drizzle with glaze.
