Ingredients
- Frozen puff pastry flaky dough
- 4-5 Cortland or Mcintosh apples
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 Tbs corn starch
- confectionary sugar
- (optional white syrupy glaze)

Preparation
Step 1
cook apples and ingredients through the corn starch until soft and mushy. Cool. Defrost dough.Fill turnovers. Bake 350 until golden. When cooled sprinkle with confec. sugar or drizzle with glaze.
