Baby Muesli
By chelyc13
Muesli is traditionally made of uncooked oats, though for babies you should cook the oats first. For older children or adults, however, you can make muesli by mixing uncooked oats with dried fruits and serving with milk.

Step 1
1. peel the banana, pear, and apricots. Remove all stems, seeds, and pits. Chop inot small pieces.
2. Pour the oats and milk into a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then cook at a boil for about 30 seconds.
3. Add in the fruit pieces and stir together.
4. Cover the pot, turn down the heat to low, and simmer for 8-10 minutes, or until the oats are smooth and thick. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking and burning.
5. Depending on baby's preference, either serve as is, or puree in a food processor for a cremier texture.
