Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 1/3 cups flour
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 3/4 tsp salt
• 16 tbsp. (2 sticks) butter, room temp.
• 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 1 pkg. semisweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. In bowl of electric mixer, beat butter until smooth. Add the sugars adn beat until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each one then beat int eh vanilla. Reduvce mixer speed to low and add the dry ingredients, beat until just combined. Stir in teh chocolate chips. Drop spoonfuls of dough on cookie sheet and bake for 10 to 14 minutes or until golden.
