- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 lemon, juiced or 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Step 1
Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in the garlic; cook and stir until the garlic is fragrant, about 2 minutes. Add the spinach a few handfuls at a time, stirring until wilted before adding more, about 5 minutes. Stir in the lemon juice or vinegar, and season with garlic salt.
