Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of whole wheat flour
- 2 cups of rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp. of baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 cup of walnuts
- 1/4 cup of dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup of packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. of ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. of nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. of cloves
- 1/2 tsp. of salt
- 3 tbsp. of honey
- 1/3 cup of apple sauce
- 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp. of vanilla extract
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp. of grated ginger

Preparation
Step 1
Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl, in a separate bowl combine the wet ingredients
Pour the wet ingredients into the large bowl of dry ingredients and stir until a batter forms
Place rounded tablespoons of batter on a parchment paper lined baking sheet
Place in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes
Let cool before enjoying!
