Ingredients
- 4 Pork Chops
- 1 Onion Sliced Thin
- 2-3 Potatoes - Sliced Thin
- 6 Mushrooms Sliced Thin
- Salt & Pepper
- Garlic
- 1 Tbls Butter
- 1 Tbls Olive Oil
- 1/2 C. White Wine
- 1/2 C. Chicken Broth
- Dried Rosemary
- Salt & Pepper

Step 1
In a 9x13 baking dish, layer onion, mushrooms, and potatoes.
Season Pork Chops with salt, pepper and garlic. Fry Pork chops in butter and olive oil until brown. Place pork chops on top of potatoes.
In a sauce pan bring wine and chichen broth to a boil. Pour over pork chops, sprinkle with rosemary, salt and pepper.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
