Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of mushroom and garlic soup
- 1 bag frozen vegetable mixture (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots thawed)
- 1 tbsp. worchestershire sauce
- 3 cups hot mashed potatoes

Preparation
Step 1
Cook beef until browned, at medium high heat in frypan, stirring to separate meat. Drain fat.
Combine beef, half can of soup, vegetables, and Worcestershire sauce in 2 qt. shallow baking dish.
Stir remaining soup into potatoes, in bowl. Spread on beef mixture.
Bake at 400F 25 minutes or until heated through.
