  • 1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2-3/4 c heavy cream
  • pepper
  • 4 c thinly sliced potatoes
  • 1 small diced onion
  • butter
  • paprika

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Blend the soup with half n half and freshly ground pepper. In buttered casserole arrange potatoes, onion and sauce in layers. Dot the top with pats of butter and sprinkle with paprika. Cover and bake for about one hour and uncover for an additional 15 minutes till tender.
