Ingredients
- Crust:
- 3/4 c graham cracker crumbs
- 1 T sugar
- 1 T unsalted butter (melted)
- Filling:
- 3-8 oz pkg cream cheese (room temp)
- 4 eggs (room temp)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c sugar
- Topping:
- 2 c sour cream
- 1 T sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Prepare crust and press into a 9 in ch springform pan. Refrigerate while preparing filling. Whip cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Gradually add sugar. Add eggs one at a time, vanilla and whip until fluffy. Pour cheese mixture into prepared crust.
Bake at 375 degrees for 35 mins.
Remove cake from oven and add sour cream mixture evenly over the top. Bake an additional 5 mins.
Cool completely in pan on wire rack and refrigerate overnight. Remove from pan the following day. This can be served as is or you can top with fresh berries, crushed pineapple or canned cherry pie filling....whatever you prefer. Keep refrigerated.
