Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb salted butter
  • 1/3 c broken capellini
  • 2 c chicken broth (made from a Knorr chicken cube with 2 cups water)
  • 1 c raw rice

Step 1

Melt butter. Add capellini and slightly brown. Add hot chicken broth, rice. Stir well and cook for 25 minutes covered on low. DO NOT REMOVE LID WHILE COOKING, who knows why, but that is the Gorman RULE!!
