Chocolate Chip Blondies

Ingredients

• 2/3 C. butter, softened
• 2-1/4 C. light brown sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2-3/4 C. flour
• 2-1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 C chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl mix butter and brown sugar till combined. Add eggs and vanilla mix till light and thickened.

Stir in flour baking powder and salt till just combined. Stir in chocolate chips.

Press into 9x13 pan. Bake *350 for 30 minutes.
