Ingredients
- Cheese Sauce:
- 1 cup cooked ham
- 1/2 cup green onion
- 3 tablespoons butter melted
- 12 eggs
- 1 - 4 oz. can mushrooms drained
- Cheese sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2-1/2 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Saute ham and onion over medium high heat, add mushrooms.
For cheese sauce in saucepan combine butter, flour, cook one minute, add milk, cook, add salt and pepper and shredded cheese.
Beat eggs and combine cheese sauce and sauted items. Cover and chill overnight. Uncover and bake 30 minutes in oiled 13" x 9" pan at 350 degrees.
