  • 1/4 C red or white wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbl Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbl honey
  • 1/2 garlic clove
  • 1/2 C vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbl extra virgin olive oil

Step 1

Blend all but the oil to combine, slowly add vegetable oil, then olive oil. Season to taste with freshly ground pepper.

Makes 3/4 Cup.
