Ingredients
- 1 3-4 pounds chicken fryer, cut into pieces
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 8 cloves garlic, minced
- 4-5 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 pounds pork belly
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon peppercorns
- 5 bay leaves
- 4 tablespoons vinegar
- Salt to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Rinse chicken and place in a large pot.
Add rest of ingredients.
Bring to a boil. Heat on high until gravy thickens.
Lower heat to medium and cool about 25 minutes or until chicken is done.
