Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 2 carrots, finely chopped
- 2 ribs celery, finely chopped
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen corn
- 15.5 oz. can black beans
- 14 oz. can chicken broth
- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 2 1/4 cups water
- 1 oz. pkg. ranch dressing mix
- 6 Tbsp. taco seasoning mix

Preparation
Step 1
In a skillet over medium heat, cook beef fort about 10 minutes, until browned; drain. Add onion, carrots and celery to skillet. Cook over medium-low heat for 5-6 minutes, until tender.
In a slow cooker, combine meat mixture and remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
