Bloody Mary Flank Steak

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Vegetable juice
- 1/2 Cup Vodka
- 1 tea. fine Sea Salt,
- plus more for seasoning
- 1 tea. freshly ground
- Black Pepper plus more
- for seasoning
- 1 tbls. fresh Lemon juice
- 1 tbls. Worcestershire
- sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic, crushed
- 1 tea. ground Celery seed
- 1 tea. Onion powder
- 1 tbls. prepared Horseradish
- 1/4 Olive oil
- 1 pound Flank Steak

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, thoroughly mix all the
ingredients except the steak.
Pour half of the marinade into a
1 gallon resealable plastic bag
and add the flank steak.
Marinate in fridge for at least
8 hours and up to 24 hours.
When you are ready to cook, put
the remaining marinade in to a
saucepan over medium heat and simmer
until it is reduced by half
10-15 minutes.
Preheat grill or skillet.
Remove steak from the bag and wipe
off excess marinade,
discard bag with marinade.
Grill or Pan sear on both sides,
lower the heat to medium and cook
to medium rare, 8-10 mins.
Let the steak rest covered with
foil for 5-10 mins.
Cut on a bias across the grain
and serve with the reduced marinade.
