Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Canola Oil
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup R Sauce BBQ Sauce, Spicy preferred
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin, ground
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 pound Cheddar Cheese
- 2 cups chopped onion

Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet heat oil over medium heat. Add 1 cup chopped onion and bell pepper and garlic. Cook stirring frequently for 5 minutes or until soft. Add beef breaking up the beef with back of spoon and cook 5 minutes or until no longer pink.
Add R Sauce, tomato paste, mustard, Worcestershire Sauce, chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper. Reduce heat and cook low and cook 5 minutes until flavors are blended and mixture is thick.
Soon in bowls and sprinkle with cheese and chopped onion.
