Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts, flattened with a mallet
  • 4 slices deli ham
  • 4 slices deli cheese (provolone, lace swiss, etc.)
  • 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup parsley

Step 1

Lay out flattened chicken breasts. Top each with one slice of deli ham and one slice of deli cheese. Roll up chicken breasts and secure with toothpicks. In a bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and parsley. Pour milk into another bowl. Dip each chicken roll in milk, and then roll in bread crumb mixture. Place into a shallow baking dish and bake at 425 for 30 mins, or until chicken is cooked through.
