Dip - Hot - White Queso

Ingredients

• 2 - 8 oz. blocks cream cheese
• 1.2 cup chopped onions (diced jalapenos too?)
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1 - 8 oz. pkg. shredded Monterey Jack
• 1 - 8 oz. pkg. shredded Parmesan

Preparation

Step 1

Soften cream cheese. Add onions. Add Mayo.,. Mix in shredded cheeses.

Spoon into baking dish or pie pan. Spread out evenly.

Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until top is brown and bubbly.

Enjoy with Frito Scoops or tortilla chips.
