- 1 quart Raspberries
- 3 cups Sugar
- 1/5 Gin ( 26 oz.)

Step 1
Mix ingredients in a glass jar.
Shake mixture once a week for 3 months.
Store in a darkened area during the 3 months.
Strain in cheese cloth or pantyhose.
Return to bottle and it is ready for drinking.
Discard fruit.
