Peach Kugel

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1 cup flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 2 vanilla sugar packets
• 2 cans sliced peaches
• cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Grease pan. Drain peaches well!pat dry. Add eggs-vanilla sugar packets,mix in gently one can peaches. Place in pan. Add other can of peaches for the top.Layer it in a design.Sprinkle cinnamon. Bake uncovered. for 1 1/2 hr.
