Ingredients
- 4 4oz chicken breasts, pounded
- 1 quart buttermilk
- 1 C Texas Pete Original Hot Sauce
- 3 C all purpose flour
- 1 Tbl salt
- 1 Tbl black pepper
- 1/2 C canola oil

Preparation
Step 1
In a medium sized baking dish, combine buttermilk and hot sauce. Add pounded chicken and let sit for 30 minutes.
Remove chicken from mixture and dredge in all-purpose flour seasoned with the salt and pepper.
In medium saute pan on medium high heat, add canola oil, let it get warm for 1 minute. Place chicken in pan and cook for 3 minutes on each side until golden brown or internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
