Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of cilantro
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic
  • 3 cans of Mexican style tomatoes
  • 1 Jalapeño
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 3-4 green onions
  • 3 serrano peppers (I think I only used 1)
  • salt

Preparation

Step 1

Cut off ends of the 3 serrano peppers. Cut jalapeno in half, then cut the half in half (and may want to cut in half again to start – can always add more).
Cut the stems off the cilantro bunch. Lastly, prepare cloves of garlic (chop).

Using a food processor (or blender), blend the Serrano peppers (just one to start!!), the piece of jalapeno, bunch of cilantro and three cloves of garlic together. Once these things are blended, add the 3 cans of Mex style tomatoes to food processor and blend. Put what is in the food processor into a bowl.

Cut the three tomatoes into chunks and chop the 3-4 pieces of green onion and then add this to the bowl with about 3 pinches of salt.
