- 6 Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 Cups Saltine Cracker Crumbs
- 4 eggs
- 1/3 Cup Sliced Ham, cut up
- 1/4 Cup Swiss Cheese

Step 1
Dip chicken pieces in egg; roll in cracker crumbs. Brown in shortening; put into a 9x13 inch pan. Top with ham and cheese. Sauce: Heat sour cream and cream of chicken soup for 5 minutes. Pour over chicken. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
