Ingredients
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 4 oz. can diced green chiles, drained
- 1/2 tea. salt
- 1/8 tea. pepper
- 8 oz. pkg. shredded cheddar or Swiss cheese
- 1 tea. flour
- 8 sliced bacon, chopped and crisply cooked (or diced ham)
- 10 " pie crust
- Optional: Add fresh chopped asparagus

Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, chiles and seasonings; mix well. In a separate bowl toss cheese with flour. Add cheese mixture and bacon to egg mixture; stir. Pour into unbaked pie crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes., Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into wedges.
