Ammons' Birthday Banana Cake

Ingredients

• Cake:
• 1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix.
• Icing:
• 2 c. Sugar
• 1 1/4 c. milk
• 5-6 mashed ripe bananas
• Optional:
• Peanut Butter
• Ice Cream

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare yellow cake mix according to the directions on box. Cool cake. Boil Sugar, milk, and mashed bananas; stir until thick. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Ice cake.

In my humble opinion, its best warm with either peanut butter or ice cream (Chocolate or vanilla).

But when the first serving is over refrigerate and the icing infuses the cake with its banana-ness.
