Ingredients
- 1 lb thin sliced assorted mushrooms
- 1 Tbl chopped shallots
- 2 Tbl EVOO
- 1 garlic cloved minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup Marsala Wine
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Preparation
Step 1
In large skillet, saute mushrooms and shallot in oil until tender. Add the garlic salt and pepper, cook 1 minute longer. Add the wine, stiring to loosen any browned bits from pan. Gradually stir in the cream. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and cook 5 minutes or until slightly thickened
