- 4 C chicken broth
- 1/2 t pepper
- pinch of nutmeg
- 1 C pastina(sm pasta)
- 4 C spinach
- 2 oz procuitto
- 1 C cream

Step 1
Saute - shallots in butter
stir in - broth, pepper, nutmeg and pastina
Stir in - spinach and procuitto
when cooked - (10-15 min), remove from heat and add cream
