Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups I bleached flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, diced
- 6 tbsp ice water, approximately

Step 1
In a food processor, mix the flour and salt. Add the cubed butter. Pulse until the butter is broken down into pea-sized pieces. Slowly pour in the water and process until the dough just starts to come together. If needed, add more water. Remove the dough from the food processor and shale into 2 flat discs.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 1/2 hour. Roll out dough on floured work surface or between 2 sheets of parchment paper to about 1/8 inch thick.
