- 1 1/3 cups whole wheat flour
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup warm water

Step 1
1. Combine flours-salt. Make a well in the center and add water, mixing with fingers to form a dough. Turn out onto floured surface and knead until smooth and pliable, 7-10 minutes. Cover and let rest 10 minutes.
2. Divide dough into 12 portions. Roll each into a ball, then into a 6-7" circle.
3. Heat a skillet to medium-high heat until hot but not smoking. Place one dough circle in the middle and press down with a spatula. Cook until the top is bubbled and bottom is lightly browned. Turn and press with spatula; cook one minute more. Remove from skillet and repeat with rest of dough.
Notes: Easy and very good but needed to be brushed with garlic butter for taste. Sort of fun to make. Small - so 2-3 or so per person. I used a nonstick skillet; mine never bubbled on top.
