Ingredients

  • Baked Parmesan Chicken:
  • 6 boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese or regular parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoning salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 Cup Bisquick
  • Greek Spaghetti:
  • Chicken Bullion Cube or Chicken Paste
  • 1 Stick of Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Cavenders Greek Spice
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • Spaghetti (4-5 person serving)
  • Parmesan

Step 1

Directions: Baked Parmesan Chicken
Mix above ingredients in a zip lock bag. Shake Chicken in bag. Lay in a 9x13 foil lined pan. Melt butter and put in bottom of pan first. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 mins.
Serve with greek spaghetti and corn!

Directions: Greek Spaghetti
In saucepan: Melt butter, add chic paste, seasoning and garlic.
Boil and drain spaghetti.
Add sauce to spaghetti. Add some spaghetti mix to bowl and sprinkle with parmesan. Add more spaghetti mix and top with parmesan.
Great with chicken.
