Ingredients
- 1 gal. jar dill pickle slices, drained
- 5 lb. sugar
- 4 oz. Tabasco

Preparation
Step 1
Remove 2/3's of the pickles from the jar. Add sugar and Tabasco plus removed pickles alternating in layers until jar is full.
Place lid on jar and turn upside down. Continue to turn jar from upright to upside down for several days.
May be eaten in 3 days. Full hot sweet flavor after 5-8 days.
