Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cup biscuit baking mix
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp granulated garlic
- 1/4 tsp parsley flakes

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray an 8- or 9-inch round pan.
In a large bowl, combine milk and egg. Stir in biscuit mix, onion and 1 cup cheese; mix well then pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining 1 cup cheese over batter.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Mix together melted butter, salt, garlic and parsley flakes. Brush liberally over warm bread; slice and serve.
