Ingredients
- 1 cup of flour
- 1/2 cup of salt
- 2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 cup of water
- 1 tsp. veggie oil
- Lots of cinnamon, allspice, ginger, nutmeg.(the recipe called for red and green food coloring to make brown, but I didn't need any after I added my spices.

Step 1
Mix the dry ingredients together. Play with the spices until you get the scent you want and the color. Mix water and oil together FIRST and then add the them to the dry ingredients and stir. In a pot, cook the mixture for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently. The dough will start to pull away from the sides of the pan and clump together. Take the dough out of the pan and smooth. Allow to cool and store in air tight container.
