- 1 c butter
- 1 c sugar
- 1 T white corn syrup
- 3 T water
- 1 1/2 c chopped walnuts, heated in toaster oven
- chocolate chips

Preparation
Step 1
Cook to hard ball stage (hardens when dropped into cold water)
Stir to melt sugar; bring to boil. Cover and cook 3 minutes to melt sugar crystals. Cook without stirring to crack stage. Add warm nuts to mix. Stir only to mix. Hold kettle close to pan.
