Ingredients
- 2 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
- 2 t. finely chopped onion
- 1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
- ●Mix cream cheese, pineapple, cheese, pepper and onion together.
- ●Roll into a ball and roll in pecans.
