- 4 lbs pork back ribs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Step 1
1 Cut ribs into serving size pieces; place in a large resealable plastic bag. 2 Combine remaining ingredients; pour over ribs. 3 Seal bag; turn serveral times. 4 Refrigerate for several hours or overnight, turning bag occasionally. 5 Drain ribs, reserving marinade. 6 Return marinade to the refrigerator. 7 Place ribs on a rack in a greased shallow baking pan. 8 Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. 9 Drain. 10 Pour the marinade over the ribs. 11 Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes longer or until meat is tender, brushing occasionally with pan juices.
