MILK GRAVY

Toby's mother's recipe (Mary Rode). This is how I learned to make gravy. It's really good!!

Preparation

Step 1

To meat drippings, add a small amount of lard or Crisco. Heat and add about 1 TBS flour. Brown the flour. After browning, add milk to desired thickness. Serve over hot bread or fried ham slices.
