Ingredients
- 10 oz baby gouda cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3/4 cup white wine
- 1 Tbsp cognac
- 1 Tbsp corn starch
- 1 French bread, cut into pieces for dipping.

Step 1
Shred cheese and combine with remaining ingredients in saucepan. Heat until cheese melts.
Serve with French bread.
