8-count packages crescent rolls
8-oz packages cream cheese
juice of ½ lemon
cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350. Press 1 package of crescent rolls into the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan. Press seams together. Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice until smooth. Spread mixture over crescent crust. Lay second package of rolls over filling, pressing seams together. Beat egg whites until foamy and brush over the top layer. Sprinkle pecans over the top and press in lightly. Bake 30 minutes until golden brown. Cool before cutting to allow filling to set.
