Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 cup oats (I used old fashioned)
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Reese’s peanut butter chips

Preparation

Step 1

Roll in tablespoon sized balls, place on lightly greased cookie sheets. Flatten slightly with a cup or the palm of your hand. Bake at 350° for about 9 minutes.

-Makes 2 1/2 dozen
