Ingredients

  • 6 oz dark chocolate
  • 2/3 c of butter
  • 3/4 c of sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 oz white and milk chocolate chips
  • 8 " baking pan

Preparation

Step 1

1. Melt the 6 oz of dark chocolate and the 2/3 c of butter on a double boiler. Once melted take this of the double boiler and add the sugar.
2. Add the vanilla, and the eggs - one at a time - ensure to hand mix all of this together, using an electronic mixer over mixes the batter and makes the brownies chewy.
3. Add the flour and salt. Mix in the chocolate chips.
4. Bake at 325 for 35 mins.
5. Cool before serving.
