Ingredients
- 1 1/2 POUNDS ORANGE ROUGHY OR TILOPIA
- 3 TABLESPOONS BUTTER OR MARG
- 3 TABLESPOONS FLOUR
- 1 TEASPOONS SALT
- 1/2 TEASPOONS DRY MUSTARD
- 1/4 TEASPOONS DILL
- DASH CAYENNE
- 1 1/2 CUPS HALF AND HALF
- 1 1/2 CUPS SHREDDED VELVETA CHEESE
- 1/4 POUND MEDIUM SHRIMP

Preparation
Step 1
1. CUT FISH INTO SERVING PIECES
ARRANGE IN A SINGLE LAYER IN GREASED 2 QUART OBLONG BAKING DISH
2. IN 2 QUART SAUCEPAN MELT BUTTER. STIR IN FLOUR AND COOK UNTIL BUBBLY. ADD SALT , DRY MUSTARD, DILL AND CAYANNE. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND GRADUALLY STIR IN HALF AND HALF.
3. RETURN TO HEAT AND COOK STIRRING CONSTANTLY UNTIL THICKENED. STIR IN 1 CUP CHEESE STIRRING UNTIL MELTED. MIX IN SHRIMP.
4. POUR CHEESE SAUCE EVENL OVER FISH. SPRINKLE WITH REMAINING XHEESE.
5. BAKE AT 400 ABOUT 30 MIN.
