Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cups lowfat buttermilk
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 10 ounces light cherry pie filling

Step 1
1. Heat oven to 375. Line tin with paper cups or coat with spray.
2. Mix flour-salt.
3. In separate bowl, combine buttermilk-vanilla. Combine - just enough to moisten. Pour into cups. Top with 2 tbs pie filling.
4. Bake about 18 mins.
